MenuLink is a product of Sukri Advertising ("MenuLink", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using a MenuLink menu, you agree to these terms.
MenuLink lets restaurants publish a branded digital menu and receive orders on WhatsApp, along with a dashboard to manage menus, orders, QR codes and staff accounts. We don't process payments between a restaurant and its customers, and we charge no commission on orders.
New restaurant accounts get a 30-day free trial, no card required. After the trial, keeping your menu live requires an active subscription, billed monthly or annually in Ugandan Shillings inclusive of 18% VAT, paid via Pesapal or an approved offline method. A VAT invoice is issued for every payment. You can cancel at any time; your menu stays live until the end of the paid period.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices and the orders you fulfil. Don't use MenuLink to publish content that is illegal, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.
MenuLink is provided "as is". We work to keep the service reliable but aren't liable for losses arising from downtime, missed orders, or disputes between a restaurant and its customers.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
