Privacy Policy

MenuLink is a product of Sukri Advertising ("MenuLink", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect from restaurant owners and their customers, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Restaurant owners: account email, restaurant name and branding, WhatsApp number, menu content, and billing details needed to process payment.
  • Customers: the name and details a customer enters at checkout on a restaurant's menu, which are sent directly to that restaurant's WhatsApp — MenuLink does not use this information for marketing.
  • Usage data: basic analytics such as menu views and QR scans, shown only to the restaurant that owns the menu.

How we store it

Data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the EU) with row-level security so each restaurant can only see its own data. Payments are processed by Pesapal — MenuLink never sees or stores card numbers. We use Resend to deliver invoice emails.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us — see below. Restaurant owners can export or delete their menu and order data from the dashboard.
